Note regarding the pool: Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through September, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year.

After all the fun, come back to relax in this quiet, spacious, comfy condo. Although parking is free & easy, you don`t need a car for this condo. Many things are within walking distance! There is public transportation and it`s only 15 mins from the airport. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

Please note that this is a city condo and Nashville is growing quickly! There may be some construction noise around the area. Also, there is an active train line next door that does make noise when passing. It`s fun to watch and we do provide sound machines for light sleepers. We allow some pets. All pets must be approved in writing by the owner prior to check in. Please note, no smoking is allowed in the condo.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We`ve put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules, we will charge you for it.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential community, please respect our neighbors.
