About this apartment rental

Newly renovated and beautifully decorated one bedroom, one bath condo with kitchen near downtown Nashville. King bed and sleeper sofa sleeps 4. Sleeps 5 with blow up mattress for an additional fee. First floor. No Stairs. Directly across from beautiful Riverfront Pool. Pool open only from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Walk to Nashville's new Sounds Stadium in 5 min.. 15 minute walk to the heart of Germantown. 20 minute walk to the state Capitol. 25 min walk to Broadway/music row or take a 10 min cab/uber. 15 min. walk to Nashville B-cycle bicycle rental at 424 3rd Ave.

Pet friendly with adjacent pet walking area to this 1st floor condo. Laundry room and exercise room available within the complex. Cant beat this value. Parking included.

1 mile walk to Broadway. 3rd Avenue was the safest route to use.

Decent little place and price was cheap. A lot of construction around making navigating a little tough. Noise from unit above us was bad, sounded like a gymnastics meet every night. Hole in the floor right in front of the bathroom vanity. Might be worth paying a little more for our stay somewhere next time.
