First floor. No Stairs. Directly across from beautiful Riverfront Pool. Pool open only from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Walk to Nashville's new Sounds Stadium in 5 min.. 15 minute walk to the heart of Germantown. 20 minute walk to the state Capitol. 25 min walk to Broadway/music row or take a 10 min cab/uber. 15 min. walk to Nashville B-cycle bicycle rental at 424 3rd Ave.

Location was great, amenities good, found cobwebs in window frames, maintenance needed in the bathroom walls. Blinds did not work in the living room which made for a very dark sitting area. There is a lot of good in this unit but I found as is, you are charging too much.

Room was great for us and our 2 dogs for visiting Nashville for a concert. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed. The pool was a nice addition. When the room was listed as riverfront, I thought it would be the kind of riverfront room where you opened up a window and can see the river, but that was not the case. Regardless, it is a condominium on the river front. There was a problem with a trail of ants in the kitchen near the garbage can, ultimately they got into our dog’s food. When we made someone aware they did not offer a solution or an apology. Other than that small issue, room was great and accessible to all things Nashville has to offer.

Very nice condo, close to downtown Broadway, within walking distance. Pool was nice, clean, plenty of lounge chairs. Would stay here again .
