Beautiful Condo Downtown Riverfront- Walking distance from Broadway, Honky Tonk Central , LP Field, Bridgestone Arena, The Baseball Stadium, Restaurants, Music City Row, The Ryman, Top Golf and so much more! Free parking, wifi and HDTV. Lay by the pool or sit on the balcony and enjoy the beauty of the river. The condo is fully stocked will ammenities. Coffee maker, linens, beautiful full size bed and 2 single beds and a sofa sleeper in the common area. Join me! Stay at one of the best places in downtown Nashville! This property is advertised to sleep 4 guest, if more than 4 guest are staying at the property, there will be an extra charge for each additional guest.

Stayed here for the 4th of July and it was a great stay! We had tickets for the Nashville Sounds game and the short walk over to the ballpark was nice. We were also able to see the Broadway fireworks without dealing with the crowd. The parking is great, had no issue getting a spot. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. There was enough space for me, my husband, and our 2 kids. The balcony view is pretty as well! Will stay again if/when we come back!

Great location with a balcony overlooking the river and walking distance to Broadway. Perfect size for us 2 people and our dog. Had everything needed for preparing meals. Parking is convenient and covered.

Lovely views across the river front, ideal location to walk into downtown Nashville, close dinner and baseball stadium. Great parking space and felt location was safe. Well equipped and two adults slept on sofa bed. Enjoyed our stay, would recommend and stay again.
