We had the most amazing time in Nashville for the first time. The location of this property is PERFECT! It's so close to downtown you can walk and it's right on the river so you can walk the river as well. We rode scooters around (they are parked all around the city) from our condo, and it was only a 7 Lyft ride into downtown when we didn't feel like walking.We had coffee each morning on our balcony overlooking the river and slept like babies in the very comfortable bed (GREAT MATTRESS) with quality bedding! We walked to the store on Church Street to grab a few essentials during our 3 night stay as soon as we arrived.I would come back and recommend this condo to anyone! Loved the pool at the end of the complex (also overlooking the river)! The unit was VERY quiet, and I was a bit worried because I am a light sleeper and never stay up very late.Cheers to such a great trip!

Inside the condo was very clean and well equipped for our stay. The first floor unit was nice to not have to lug suitcases as we are elderly but the view of the river was partially blocked by the trees. The outside was not very appealing but the high covering was great as we travel in a hightop conversion van which can present some problems with parking. Only complaint we had (which I didn't relay to management) was the access code was hard to use as it didn't work without frustration. Just entering the numbers didn't unlock the door and should provide more detailed instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and perfect size for two! Floors were a mess, not sure if it was due to a recent flood or a rotten subfloor, but there wasn't a level section to be found. The hallway bathroom entrance was horrible, major damage under very nice plank flooring, the major dip was really hard on my wrecked knee. Bathroom was dark and a bit dated, but for the two of us it worked. Was under the misunderstanding that laundry was in unit, was disappointed to learn it was in another building. Never found the pool but learned before our trip it was closed. Location was fantastic, no neighbour issues, we heard the birds, loved being on the river. Met the neighbourhood raccoon & ground hog each morning while having coffee, was pretty cool. Wished there'd been a few cleaning supplies - would have preferred to deep clean the bathroom a couple of times during our week stay. And despite multiple efforts we could not get the livingroom tv to work, but the bedroom one did!
