Experience the perfect getaway and a convenient walk to downtown!

The location has a very nice view of the river and various birds and wildlife, including a muskrat and raccoon. Nice to see the river boats and barges float by. There are not a lot of amenities really close by, so you have to have a car or Uber. You could walk down to Broadway in about 15 minutes but we wouldn’t walk back at night, especially by the river. While the pictures are accurate, many of the furnishings are showing their wear and somewhat cheap quality. The unit is also smaller than the photos suggest. It was clean and lots of closet and drawer space for your belongings. The bathroom could use a major overhaul, especially the uneven floor. I understand the whole building is all VRBOs so your experience with neighbors is hit and miss. The person above us was often walking around at 4:00am. Not pleasant for the whole week. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean with a nice river view. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. There were a few coffee pods supplied which was handy. A little snack basket would have been nice , especially if you arrive late in the evening and have no groceries (see lack of amenities comment above). Overall, it was a decent place for the price paid. Next time, though, we would pay a bit more to be closer to amenities.

We did not use the pool but the location was great! Off the busy path but still close enough to enjoy the strip. And the market being close was an added bonus. The only thing was - we should not have counted on the sleeper sofa, in your bed count. It’s really worn out and uncomfortable. But it worked for our pricing and we lived with it. But for comfortable sleeping we may have to spring for a second bedroom, next time. But it was nice and clean and at our price point as well in a great location. We loved the view of the river. Location was great and parking was ample. The bathroom is pretty terrible, there were multiple hairs in the shower upon check-in, the floor is super warped and overall it wasn’t very clean. Found an earring back in the master bed the first night (we don’t have our ears pierced). Futon was a piece of junk and literally broke on the last night while trying to get it opened up.
