Two couples stayed four nights during the Alan Jackson last call concert. The place is on the small side but was laid out nicely to accommodate everyone’s privacy. It was quiet and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Also very walkable or an easy uber to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Donna was very helpful leading up to our stay and proactively resolved a minor plumbing issue as we were checking in.

Donna was great. Very reliable with communication and ready to respond to any questions we had. The place was nice overall and walking distance to downtown. Parking was a bit challenging to find at first (maps takes to the wrong spot) but great covered parking once we figured it out. They left plenty of TP (sounds funny but a complaint I have with many vrbo rentals), coffee in the cupboard, a few snacks, and waters. Nice stay in general and nice people.

Initial description was a little confusing with regards to terms for unit/section and unit/room. Thankfully hosts were extremely patient with me to resolve that issue.Overall, I was very, very impressed with the Hosts promptly answering every question and solving every issue I brought before them.
