Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

We went to Nashville for our 35th wedding anniversary. We loved the location next to the water and the way the property is decorated. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get.The cleanliness and maintenance of the property were a bit lacking. The cleaners left old dirty rags and mop heads under the AC unit in the drain pan which caused the place to smell like raw sewage. My husband cleaned it out and removed the trash from under the AC which took care of the issue. We did speak with a property manager when we the smell came through the AC vents and they were going to send an AC tech, but once the stuff was removed from the AC closet, the issue was resolved.My husband used the master bathroom sink to shave and the sink wouldn't drain so he had to remove the drain stopper and clean out the hair and gunk to get the water to go down.We couldn't walk around in bare feet because the floors left the bottoms of our feet dirty.If it wasn't for the maintenance and cleaning issues, I would have given the property 5 stars.
