We are loaded in downtown Nashville. Nearby all the Broadway Bars and next to Germantown. You can’t beat this location - walking distance to so many things! Plenty of Ubers and Lyfts available.
Please note that this is a city condo and Nashville is growing quickly! There may be some construction noise around the area. Also, there is an active train line next door. It's fun to watch and we do provide sound machines for light sleepers. The second bedroom has an opening at the top of one of the walls. You cannot see into the second bedroom though.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.
Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

The location of the condo was great. It was walkable (15-25 minutes) to Broadway as well as to the many Germantown restaurants. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the Cumberland River for coffee in the morning as well as happy hour in the afternoon. The unit was well stocked and clean. Communication with the host was timely.The only thing to be aware of is that the one bedroom has an opening to the kitchen area. This did not affect us as one couple were early risers and could make coffee/breakfast without disturbing the others. Also please be courteous to fellow renters as we heard the upstairs family racing up and down the hallway in the early mornings.Overall, a great place to rent and we would highly recommend it!

Walked to downtown. Excellent location. Trains travel by but I enjoyed watching them and noise was not a factor for us.Excellent

This is a very clean and cool property. Great view of the river and city lights at night. Very convenient to attractions, food, Nissan stadium and Broadway. The property manager/contact is very prompt and helpful. Everything about our stay was great except the sound from the upstairs neighbors, you can hear them moving chairs and walking. I think this is typical for apartments. Otherwise it was a great place.
