Our group of four on a girls’ trip had a great stay at this property. The location was great to be able to walk to the Germantown area,Farmer’s Market and Broadway area easily. We enjoyed staying in the quiet of the river area versus near all the action. Communication was excellent with our host. The only issue we had was being able to hear footsteps from the apartment above us. While annoying late at night it would not deter me from staying again because all other aspect were great!

The location has construction going on across from the condo so loud during the day . The condo building and the condo were very dated . We did not find the condo very clean and sheets were old and bedding needs to be replaced. The sofa couch needs to be replaced or a new mattress. The condo does have a nice pool and the walk to Broadway was about 2 miles . Ubers were tea easy to get a. The patio door handle did fall off and when notified if needed it would have been fixed quickly. I think the condo itself needs some updating and a really good cleaning including windows.
