Host was great easily communicated. Place was nice away from the hustle and bustle of broadway, a short Lyft ride to broadway! Only thing was there were no pots or pans to cook with! Other than that the place was awesome. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Although the owner communicated well & provided a few useful household/personal amenities that helped with our needs, we expected a more comfortable stay.
The location was fine and the Riverfront Condos are not a far walk (daytime only) to downtown along the bikeway path. There is a lot of construction in this area now and be mindful of walking around late at night.
If you are NOT concerned about very late night pacing of guests above you on a very thinly built ceiling above the "Honky Tonks" unit bedroom, i.e. after 1 A.M., uncomfortable hard foam pillows, an apartment that needs some renovation/painting, you'll probably be more satisfied with this rental choice than us.
Overall the VRBO listing photos market it well.
