Comfortable apartment in rather quiet place Only 20-25min walk by the river to NISSAN Stadium or Broadway and 30min to Music City Center. Very nice bathroom, fast internet. Easy contact with owner via Vacasa application.

Cozy little condo off the beaten path but close to all the action. Has all the amenities you would need. Would definitely recommend!!
I guess the only drawback would be the water pressure in the shower but it is not a deal breaker.

The property is in a great location around 20 minute walk to broadway, or 5 minutes driving or uber. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable, the apartment also has everything you’d need for a good stay (full kitchen, etc). The pool area is nice and all other guests/residents were pleasant.
Half way through our stay the thermostat for the AC had stopped working, this made the apartment unbearable as it quickly become extremely hot. The apartment is managed by Vacasa rentals who were rather difficult to deal with as a different operator responding to each message I sent. Eventually, I believe they arranged for an AC engineer to come and look at the fault, after our stay was over, therefore we had to spend half our stay in the unbearable heat. Other than this inconvenience the apartment was perfect, however this does lower my rating.
