Newly updated!! Enjoy the peaceful River front just 1 mile from downtown Nashville! This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with a queen sofa sleeper added to accomodate 4 people total. It it includes a balcony with a custom bar top, a fully equipped kitchen, and much more! The complex has a pool, fitness room, and covered parking. The condo is located in an old Iron works building. The large roof provides covered parking! While the spots are not assigned, and first come first serve, there is plenty of parking available! You can easily call and uber or even walk downtown and through trendy Germantown. Scooters are a good option too, just brush up on local laws first.

My husband and I chose this location due to the proximity of downtown Nashville and being on the river. It’s so enjoyable to sit and drink coffee in the mornings on the patio. Although we did not use the facilities that were available, they were easy to get to and very clean. Our condo was very nicely decorated, making us feel very comfortable while there. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The owner was great to work with. She was quick to respond to anything we asked and very pleasant to work with. We will be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend
