This apartments offers 1 bedroom with a king size bed as well as a pullout sofa in the living area and a shared bath. Please note the loft-style layout, lacking a physical door to the bedroom. The space also offers a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee bar.
The living space, featuring modern furnishings, a smart TV to login to your favorite subscription account, and an electric fireplace, creates a tastefully styled ambiance. Onsite, discover amenities like a communal pool, fitness center, fire pit, and grill area.
Accommodating up to 4 guests, the apartment features a private bedroom with a king size bed and a smart TV, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Please note the loft-style layout, lacking a physical door to the bedroom.
We do not have cable but you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other subscription account.

-This unit is on the third floor and will require stairs to access the main entry. No elevator option available.
Things to Note:
- All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.
- If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
-Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.
- For guests protection, there may be security cameras located at the exterior of the property. No cameras are inside the home.
-No outside guests allowed on property.
-We love pets, but unfortunately, they’re not allowed at this property. Please note that an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee.
- For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.

The condo was nice, comfortable bed, reserved parking space, clean.The condo is actually 1.2miles from broadway which wasn't a problem for us during the day, be careful walking at night or get a taxi. Lots of construction in the area right now. The sofa is very worn and u sink into it... not very comfortable Overall we had a great stay in Nashville.

Just as advertised. Great communication, A great place for sounds game ( 5 min walk) 1.1 mile walk to broadway, easier going than coming because of all the walking on broadway. There is a small area along that walk that is a little rough, but never felt unsafe. Pool is nice , just know to use fob and not card to get in. Nice and clean, nice towels, bed was comfortable, water pressure great. Appliances are nice Only negatives are the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way and the stairs to the unit are steep, which could be a problem for some. Would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful unit right on the river. It's clean, very comfortable, kitchen has the basics, wonderful pool with view of the river, convenient reserved parking, location is close to Broadway (but we used Uber). We walked to many good restaurants/pubs near by. Would definitely stay here again!

The links in the communications for check in did not work and I had to send multiple messages saying they weren’t accessible.
I found the property to be a bit dingy, not dirty, but could definitely use some maintenance. Everything was operational.
Upon arrival there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, I reached out to the property manager and they had some delivered.
Accessibility to down town is good, but I wouldn’t say it was an easy walk…lots of construction. Overall the property is a solid 3!
