Location: 20 min walk from The Strip and Nissan Stadium.
Apartment has a well equipped kitchen, and you may find coffee and snacks. That’s a plus!
Gym was available, not sure about the pool.
We had a couple issues, and staff was quick and understanding. Issues were fixed right on the spot.
Be aware: we stayed here around May 20th, and there was a huge construction just across the street. Loud work starts at 6am sharp, every single day. If you’re looking to have plenty of rest after partying like an animal, this might not be the place to do so, unless you are a heavy sleeper or you use earplugs. We believe construction will continue for at least another 6 months. At least. Coffee pot had a crack -it was replaced, but we made a mess because we didn’t realize it earlier-.

A curtain rod was broken. We didn’t want to be at fault for that.
There was a couple hairs in the towel rod and the floor in the bathroom.
Futon was extremely uncomfortable, and there is no way that 2 people can sleep on it. Just too small.

There was never a big crowd. That was pleasant. Location was perfect. We scootered to broadway and took a short car ride other places.
Construction across the road was noisy, but not too terrible.

nice building. distance to Broadway 15 minutes. neighborhood did not look nice but actually felt safe. good parking.
third floor, no elevator. dirty floor. the outside deck looks awful. kitchen sink is scratched and a spoon was stuck in the garbage disposal. it is a self
contained unit, so if there is a problem you write to customer service. we did as there were no sheets. it was hopeless. I spent All evening and wrote
8 times, before they realized that they had to fix the problem
