The apartment is on the 3rd Floor of a house with 7 floors and elevator. The facility is new. It is only 10 meters to the beach and 10 meters to the bus stop to Benidorm. The living room and bedroom have air conditioning, summer cold / winter warm, therefore very suitable for wintering. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the beach, the sea and Benidorm. It is less than 3 km to the Terra Mitica adventure park. The visit is a must. An illuminated promenade leads from the house to Benidorm and invites you for a romantic walk. From here you can immerse yourself in the nightlife of Benidorm. There is a wide range of dance halls and discos in Levante Bay or in the large hotels there. You can also stroll through the shopping arcades of the shops near the beach. If you have had enough of everything, return to the quiet La Cala bay.

Special features: The beach is fine sand, the water is clear and flat for the first 50 m. By car you are in 10 minutes in the most beautiful mountain regions with great destinations. Drive to the mountain village of Guadelest, beautiful, great view of the reservoir and an old cemetery on the mountainside. And then the many shopping opportunities in this mountain village. The Benidorm Show Palace is nearby and offers an evening with a very good show program. Bookable with dinner before the show.
There are also various shops and restaurants nearby. Sufficient basic care with doctors is guaranteed. Visit the Terra Mitica theme park, plan a whole day. There is a lot to see and do, especially for the children. Then the Terra Mitica Park and Terra Natura Zoo. Many animals are shown here in their natural environment. Don't forget to visit Aqualandia with the dolphins. The adults then go to the show in the Benidorm Palace in the evening.
