Very nice apartment fully renewed with wonderful views of the beaches of Benidorm (Poniente and Levante). 5 minutes walk to Poniente beach. It has a lift, private parking and swimming pool. It is located in calle Asturias 14 and has fully accessible for wheel chairs.
The apartment is located in an 8-floor building, with wonderful views. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a triple bunk bed, two complete bathrooms, a living-dining room, an independent kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and all kinds of kitchenware and small appliances.
Very close to a large supermarket, shopping area and bus stop, perfectly communicated.

Lovely apartment, exactly as advertised, all facilities provided with private pool and free parking . Short walk to the beach but not for anyone with disabilities or walking issues due to slopes and steps but parking for the car by the beach is free , very nice beach bar opposite the beach which is large and safe. The apartment has a washing machine and all kitchen aids available, (except no where to dry your clothes ) nice tv but no english channels free wifi available .However would highly recommend .

Fantastic modern apartment in a quiet location close to the beach with amazing views. Bars are only a short walk away while Benidorm old town is a 30min walk. Stayed last year and already booked again for 2023!!

Very impressed with the apartments cleanliness and location. We would have preferred AC but the two ceiling fans did help. Very short walk down some steps towards the beach and we had secure off road parking. Nice pool too.

Stunning apartment, exactly as described. Beautiful sea view to the front and mountains to the rear. La Cala is a beautiful area with lots of great bars and restaurants, some with entertainment. Bus and tram stop local and easy to use. Area does have steep inclines but the through breeze in the apartment and the pool was a saving grace. Great communication from host Eva, very flexible and accomodating. Thank you to Paco as well for going out of his way to help us. Would love to stay there again.

Loved the apartment! The pictures cannot do justice to the magnificent views. Apartment was very clean and fresh, it looks like it has been remodeled recently. It has everything you will need. We stayed here for 6 weeks and it started feeling like home. The owner was very easy to work with, our flight dates were changed and she helped adjust our arrival and departure dates. We will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Benidorm, great place for a holiday!

We (A couple in our 80's) Stayed here from 2nd November until 9th November, 2018. Sun rose over the sea at about 8.30 am and we had sunshine on the the balcony until midday. We found the apartment spotless on our arrival and found it comfortable and well equipped There is a pool but there are no loungers only two wooden benches. Only big disappointments were - The Satellite TV has only two English speaking channels and they were both American news channels. In the kitchen there is a 3 plate hob and also a microwave. There is no Oven nor Grille for cooking. .
