Very interesting prices outside of summer, in periods of more than a week.
Very nice apartment, completely renovated, totally new, with wonderful views of the beaches of Benidorm (Poniente and Levante). 3 minutes from the Poniente beach. The building is quiet, where all the neighbors know each other. It has elevator, private parking and pool.
The apartment is located in an 8-storey building, with wonderful views, double bedroom with its own bathroom, double bedroom, large living room with double sofa bed, another bathroom, separate kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator. We have a crib with the same clothes. The windows have blinds and awnings.
Very close (large supermarket with all kinds of food) commercial area and bus stop, perfectly connected. The apartment is very cool in summer because there are drafts in front and behind.
The great thing about the place is that it is very quiet to enjoy the beach, walk along its kilometer-long promenade, enjoy Mediterranean cuisine and if you want to savor the authentic atmosphere of Benidorm, with its shops, you can go to Levante beach , well walking, good bus, where you can enjoy many places with live music.
Next to the apartment is the Bali hotel, which also has animation and live music every night.
In five minutes you can walk to Cala de Finestrat where you will enjoy its many restaurants.
There are nudist coves between the cove of Finestrat and the beach of Villajoyosa.
Long stays with special prices are allowed.
Pets are allowed, always warning in advance.

Excellent, well equipped apartment with a fantastic view and quiet location.Quiet pleasant area with facilities close by, including lovely restaurants, bars and supermarket.Poniente beach is a 5 minute walk and there is a walkway alongside the beach that takes you to the lively Levante beach areaThe host Maite is really pleasant and helpful and is quick to respond to any queries we had.During our Winter stay the weather was much better than we ever expected, which allowed us to go to the beach most days.I would certainly recommend to family and friends and as such we have already secured the apartment for next Winter.

A great find, amazing view and cosy environment, rocking chairs to sit by the window. The owner was very helpful continuously available to contact if necessary. Any messages were answered quickly. The owner helped to make our entry time easier as we were arriving very early. She also provided a lot of useful information to what was in the area and how to get to places. Her helping staff were great to receive us and made the process very simple showing us the apartment and getting the appropriate forms filled. The apartment felt very homely Everything was available in the house , iron, coffee maker , towels bedding etc. Anything you’d expect to have at home, and it has a lovely wee Spanish feel to it. Showers were great and plenty of room for a family if required.Elevator was always in smooth operation and the reception into the apartment block is stunning. The apartment is close by two beaches, Finestrat beach offers more romance. 10 minutes walk takes you to hotel Bali which offers entertainment. The cost varies between pubs but never thought it was overpriced. The owner offers continued support during your stay and we were never let down.We enjoyed it so much .Buses into the further away beach runs every 20 minutes and if you get a pass from the driver put tenner on it then it’s 0.70 for journey if you don’t get a pass it’s €1.60. Absolute pleasure staying at this accommodation. Gracia

lovely apartment with fabulous view and great location. no aircon tho this wasnt required as breeze on sixth floor was enough. not very good for anyone with limited mobility as many stairs. there is a lift within block. not enough wardrobe space for hanging clothes. my husband and i stayed for a month so had a lot of clothes with us. we had no hanging space in our bedroom and had to use the other bedroom. this wasnt much good when family came to stay. overall tho we loved our stay and would recommend it for a couple of people to stay, maybe 4 people but defo not 6 people if you want some space!

We wanted an apartment with views, and this one delivers on every front. In fact, it doesn’t get much better than this in Benidorm. It is literally 2-min walk to the lovely and very clean beach. You can either walk along Poniente Beach or along the well maintained, beautiful promenade from the apartment all the way to Benidorm Old Town and beyond. The apartment is large and airy with two showers and toilets. Benidorm city is a fair walk but a worthwhile one along the promenade which also has excellent cycle/eScooter routes. The building manager Pasco, is very helpful even though he does not speak any English, he tried really hard to please, as did his lovely wife. The apartment also comes with secure parking which was important to us. The kitchen is great, but the cupboards are full so there was nowhere to put groceries other than the fridge and one drawer. It would have been nice to have a cupboard available for groceries. White bedding would also be preferable. Maite the owner was very helpful and always available by text or email. She responds quickly and went the extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one, even to the point of buying brand new mattresses for the second bedroom when we told her the bed was uncomfortable. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for holiday accommodation in Benidorm.

I get the impression the owner doesn’t check the apt often. My feet were black with dirt from the floor on the first day. The toaster was broke. The hob barely worked - only if you used heavy pans. Cups in cupboards were dirty. The blinds were broke in the bedroom etc. I got fed up with it. I don’t believe it is cleaned properly. On a good note fab location, helpful concierge and nice furnishings,

We had a weeks holiday in the apartment which was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was immaculately clean and ideally located in the heart of old Benidorm. The views from the apartment were spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped and the size of the apartment was perfect for the 3 of us staying. I would highly recommend this apartment and I will most definately return soon. Many thanks for allowing us to stay.

From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to have a great stay. A beautiful fully equipped property and so very clean. The owner could not have been more helpful and the porter is pako was first class. The French doors opened to abide of the complete bay and you could see the sea sparkle in the sunlight . Sunrise was as good as any I have seen. We only had a car on the last day of our stay as we enjoy walking and walked the length of the whole bay on several occasions. Property was a short walk away from the bus stop and regular bus services could take you anywhere in Benidorm for€1.50 a trip and the trams are excellent value for money so don't miss a trip to Alicante or Calpe. Will book again a short walk down the hill took us to seven stars a u k sports bar. Where Julie and Neil made us welcome and were very helpful

We stayed in this apartment for 26 nights in January/February 2017, and apart from the cold and windy weather we really enjoyed our holiday. The apartment is very nice with modern kitchen and all things that you need for a long stay including washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms one with en-suite and another bathroom. From the living room there is a fantastic view of the Poniente beach, and the apartment is well situated in a quiet area but close to Cala Finestrat and the bus stops that take you into the centre of Benidorm. The supermarket, shops and bars are just a few minutes walk away. We can thoroughly recommend this apartment but we would wait until the warmer weather if we go back again.

El piso es perfecto para pasar unos días tranquilos en la playa, tanto con niños como sin ellos. Si se quiere visitar el centro de Benidorm y acercarse al bullicio se puede hacer en coche o bien en autobús, o incluso dando un paseo. Las vistas desde el piso son impresionantes, te pasarías el día mirando al horizonte; y la atención y disponibilidad de Maite inmejorables. Hemos estado muy cómodos y a gusto.

Mis amigas y yo fuimos cinco días y la estancia fue muy agradable, las vistas son geniales. El piso es pequeño, pero muy luminoso y eficiente. El trato con la propietaria ha sido magnífico, una persona muy atenta y comprensiva. El edificio es muy tranquilo y hemos tenido un trato agradable. Recomendamos la estancia en el apatamento para todo el que quiera disfrutar de unas buenas vistas y playas, y para quien quiera desconectar.

Prachtig zicht van op de 6é verdieping op heel de kust van Benidorm. Alles was aanwezig in keuken, 2 ruime slaapkamers en 2 douches. We hebben er een prettig verblijf gehad en alles was naar onze wens. Proper en zeer stil in het gebouw. Van strand naar boven is wel enige conditie vereist, redelijk klimmen en trappen. Al llegar al apartamento sin duda lo que más impresiona son las maravillosas vistas que tiene. Todo el salón es un gran mirador a la playa de poniente. Da gusto comer o cenar mirando el mar. El apartamento está reformado, todo es nuevo. Muy luminoso. Tiene 2 habitaciones, una mayor con 2 camas de 90 cm y otra más pequeña con 1 cama nido. Los 2 baños son totalmente nuevos, uno de ellos está en la habitación principal y una de las cosas que más me gustó fue poder ducharme mirando parte de la ciudad por la ventanita del baño. Creo que con la reforma han sabido aprovechar muy bien el espacio. La cocina también es nueva y el menaje muy completo, en su mayoría sartenes y cazuelas de Ikea, que están muy bien. No tiene aire acondicionado pero realmente tampoco hace falta, estuvimos en días de intenso calor y al abrir las ventanas del salón y de la habitación y cocina corre la brisa y es muy agradable. La habitación pequeña tiene menos ventilación pero con un ventilador de torre que tiene es suficiente para los días de más calor. También tienen ventilador de techo el salón y la habitación principal, aunque la mayoría de las veces no es necesario usarlos. Nos entregó las llaves el portero del edificio, muy cómodo porque no hay que esperar al llegar ni al irte. Con la propietaria contactamos por email y teléfono, y muy amable. Antes de llegar nos envió información de cómo llegar, de detalles del apartamento y de opciones para visitar, de agradecer. Para ir a la playa se llega en pocos minutos andando, se accede por unas escaleras y luego se baja una cuesta. La playa en esta zona del final de poniente está muy bien, sin las molestas piedras de alguna zona de Levante donde no he podido casi bañarme, y por otro lado sin demasiado agobio de gente (para ser Benidorm). El hotel Bali está muy cerca, y a su alrededor y por el paseo marítimo muchos sitios para comer. Es un sitio tranquilo y especial para unas vacaciones de relax.

Apartamento muy bonito y acogedor. Con dos habitaciones amplias y dos baños. Todo está nuevo y muy limpio. Hay cuna de bebe. Andando a 3 min de la playa de poniente, 5 de La Cala de Finestrat y parada de Bus Zona muy tranquila, garantiza buen descanso. El trato muy amable y 100% fiable. Recomendable para amantes de buenas vistas y buen descanso. Calidad precio, sin duda, competitivo. Recomendamos y Volveremos!!!!

Un très belle appartement refait à neuf avec une vue incroyable sur la baie de Benidorm! L'appartement se situe au 6eme étage (avec ascenceur) d'une immeuble au calme (à l'opposé du quartier très touristique et "anglaistique" de Bénirdom. Accès à la plage à pied à 100m, restaurants à proximité (l'Arenal par ex. à 500m), parking gratuit et sûr. Lit très confortable, 2 salles de bain, cuisine équipée. Tout pour passer un agréable séjour! Je le recommande fortement! Maite, la propriétaire, est très gentille et est répond rapidement aux messages. Si nous devons retourner à Benidorm, nous séjournerions de nouveau dans celui-ci.

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cet appartement du 18/07 au 01/08. Bien que nous connaissions déjà Bénidorm, ce fut une première dans cet appartement-là. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir à tous les niveaux. La propriétaire, même si nous n'avons pas pu la rencontrer, a été parfaite dans ses informations et ses conseils. L' appartement est très agréable, propre et avec une très belle vue sur la plage de Benidorm. De plus, il est situé dans un quartier très calme, à 100m de la plage. Le soleil ayant été présent tout le séjour, nos vacances à Benidorm ont été une vraie réussite. Encore une fois, merci à Maïté, la propriétaire.

Han sido unas vacaciones de otoño preciosas, porque el apartamento es un placer, se puede quedar uno las horas muertas viendo el mar desde el salón, con un sol que entra espléndido. Pero también es fantástico pasear por el paseo marítimo hasta el pueblo antiguo, pasear haciendo compras y pasar a la zona de Levante donde siempre hay un ambiente estupendo y también un gran paseo. El apartamento estaba limpio y bien equipado. Es muy cómodo poder dejar el coche en el aparcamiento y que el conserje viva en el edificio para poder preguntar ante cualquier problema. Gracias por esta semana
