Nice starting point to enjoy beach and discover the region

Amazing view, close to a shop and a nice sandy beach, access to a pool. On the quieter part of Benidorm. Nice host.

Even if a lot of people wrote it was quiet, it was still parties some of the nights we slept there and no isolated windows so expect some noise.

Amazing views in a quieter part of Benidorm.

Amazing ocean view in a well equipped apartment in a quieter part of Benidorm. We enjoyed our stay very much. The view is a winner. Our host was very helpful in directing us to the parking area. Clean and nice apartment. The pool and tennis court are available. We would stay again if in Benidorm. Supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance made it convenient, too.

The noisy pipes in the apartment sometimes creaked. Nothing too major. The one way streets to get to the parking was a challenge but you learn fast. Nothing to stop us from booking again. Really nice place.

Nice big airy apartment

There wasn't a balcony as I thought looking at the pictures on the website.. The second bedroom should not be. Classed as a double.. There was single bed in there which to make a double you had to bed from underneath the single which would then fill the whole floor space so no room whatsoever to move around..and consequently no bedside table. The wardrobe was more a closet..wasn't long enough inside to hang my dresses they were folding up at the bottom and no drawers.. The shower area could be cleaner and the shower really needs updating to a better one..it wasn't height adjustable and was more like a hand held one you would have over the bath.

The contact person and owner provided excellent service from day one, with clear and prompt communication. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and all at a very reasonable price. A perfect combination of quality and value. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a visit to Benidorm. For us, it’s certain that next year, when we return for our event, we’ll definitely stay here again. Done the job but won’t return

Had to phone and someone brought the keys out to front door ,no one in reception area they then took us to the apartment which we were a bit disappointed as nothing like the photos of property advertised and had to ask for toiletries that was not there .All in all it done the job but wouldn’t be returning.

Everything in the kitchen looked like it been picked up in a boot sale and the kitchen tops were a bit greasy which we did try to clean up a bit really need a good refurb could be a nice apartment with a bit cash injected .

The host was very obliging and sorted the few issues promptly. The view from the apartment was wonderful. It is in a quiet, residential area. There is free onsite parking and the local transport into Benidorm, a few bars and a Supermarket were also available close by.

Convenient apartment with excellent sea view.

Excellent sea view that exceeded our expectations! Actually, it was better than in the pictures. Gabriel (the host) is very friendly and helped us to improve our stay. Private parking. The pool is spacious and clean and is not crowdy. A short route to both the sea, supermarkets, and restaurants.

The furniture and kitchen facilities were older than in the pics. Cutlery and tableware could be better as well. But the issues are really minor and are easily solvable. It does not affect the rate.

Amazing place

That was a great stay at Maria’s and Gabriel’s place! We are fully enjoy fantastic view from living room. Great beaches are just 5-8 minutes walking. Flat has all what you need for comfortable stay even with children. Many thanks to Maria and her advises about the city. We hope to come back here again.

Nice little apartment in Poniente beach. Good for 4-5 people. Beach is a 6-7 minute walk. Close to shops and restaurants. Nice pool and tennis court Owner is available to answer questions and help when needed. We mentioned that room was hot and he brought a fan right away.

El apartamento esta muy bien decorado y moderno con unas vistas fantasticas. Tiene todo el menaje necesario para disfrutar de na estancia completa. Dispone de parking propio si no es emposible aparcar en esa zona. La atencion de Lali fue fantastica en todo momento, llegando incluso a que cuando tuve un problema con la llave del aparcamiento dejo su casa a las 22h para venir a solucionarlo

Super miejsce wypadowe na lokalne spacery i wycieczki samochodem. Benidorm piękne nowoczesne i wypoczynkowe miasto. Kontakt z właścicielem natychmiastowy. Był bardzo pomocny. Jak najbardziej polecam.

Studioul are o vedere superbă asupra plajei și a mării. Este dotat cu tot ceea ce ai nevoie, chiar și umbrela pentru plaja. Este foarte curat și bine aranjat astfel încât să fie cât mai confortabil.
