About this apartment rental
Very interesting prices outside of summer, in periods of more than a week.
Very nice apartment, completely renovated, totally new, with wonderful views of the beaches of Benidorm (Poniente and Levante). 3 minutes from the Poniente beach. The building is quiet, where all the neighbors know each other. It has elevator, private parking and pool.
The apartment is located in an 8-storey building, with wonderful views, double bedroom with its own bathroom, double bedroom, large living room with double sofa bed, another bathroom, separate kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator. We have a crib with the same clothes. The windows have blinds and awnings.
Very close (large supermarket with all kinds of food) commercial area and bus stop, perfectly connected. The apartment is very cool in summer because there are drafts in front and behind.
The great thing about the place is that it is very quiet to enjoy the beach, walk along its kilometer-long promenade, enjoy Mediterranean cuisine and if you want to savor the authentic atmosphere of Benidorm, with its shops, you can go to Levante beach , well walking, good bus, where you can enjoy many places with live music.
Next to the apartment is the Bali hotel, which also has animation and live music every night.
In five minutes you can walk to Cala de Finestrat where you will enjoy its many restaurants.
There are nudist coves between the cove of Finestrat and the beach of Villajoyosa.
Long stays with special prices are allowed.

Excellent, well equipped apartment with a fantastic view and quiet location.Quiet pleasant area with facilities close by, including lovely restaurants, bars and supermarket.Poniente beach is a 5 minute walk and there is a walkway alongside the beach that takes you to the lively Levante beach areaThe host Maite is really pleasant and helpful and is quick to respond to any queries we had.During our Winter stay the weather was much better than we ever expected, which allowed us to go to the beach most days.I would certainly recommend to family and friends and as such we have already secured the apartment for next Winter.

A great find, amazing view and cosy environment, rocking chairs to sit by the window. The owner was very helpful continuously available to contact if necessary. Any messages were answered quickly. The owner helped to make our entry time easier as we were arriving very early. She also provided a lot of useful information to what was in the area and how to get to places. Her helping staff were great to receive us and made the process very simple showing us the apartment and getting the appropriate forms filled. The apartment felt very homely Everything was available in the house , iron, coffee maker , towels bedding etc. Anything you’d expect to have at home, and it has a lovely wee Spanish feel to it. Showers were great and plenty of room for a family if required.Elevator was always in smooth operation and the reception into the apartment block is stunning. The apartment is close by two beaches, Finestrat beach offers more romance. 10 minutes walk takes you to hotel Bali which offers entertainment. The cost varies between pubs but never thought it was overpriced. The owner offers continued support during your stay and we were never let down.We enjoyed it so much .Buses into the further away beach runs every 20 minutes and if you get a pass from the driver put tenner on it then it’s 0.70 for journey if you don’t get a pass it’s €1.60. Absolute pleasure staying at this accommodation.

I get the impression the owner doesn’t check the apt often. My feet were black with dirt from the floor on the first day. The toaster was broke. The hob barely worked - only if you used heavy pans. Cups in cupboards were dirty. The blinds were broke in the bedroom etc. I got fed up with it. I don’t believe it is cleaned properly.
On a good note fab location, helpful concierge and nice furnishings,
