Great value for its price

The view from the apartment is incredible. The apartment is located close to the beach, about 5-10 minutes on foot. The facilities are simple and clean, but pretty good.

Not a big disadvantage but it seemed like the apartment is located in the calmest part of the town, which is good, but if you want to go where there is a bit more like, expect it to have to walk a bit or take a bus/taxi. Also, we had an issue with the key to access the pool. At first, it was a bit complicated to make the staff understand that we really didn’t have the key and were not just dumb, but after that they fixed the issue very quickly.

No me gustó que no tuviera persianas ya que por el ventanal del comedor entra muchísima luz… Y que no se nos avisara que la planta estaba en obras . Mal también el tema del parking,solo tuvimos plaza una vez..

Schöner Sicht über die Bucht

Unglaublich tolle Sicht aus dem 13 Stock über die Bucht. Großes Panoramafenster schenkt den tollen Blick auf die Bucht, den Strand, das Meer, die Stadt, Hügel usw. Der große und weite Strand ist ganz nah und kann in weniger als 5 min zu Fuß erreicht werden. Auch in der Nähe ist ein kleiner Supermarket, zahlreiche Kaffes und Restaurants. Benidorm ist eine großartige und moderne Stadt. Die Sylvester Party an der Promenade war bombastisch organisiert, mit DJ‘s, großen Bildschirmen und riesiges Feuerwerk am Strand! Die Reise hat sich absolut gelohnt.

Check-in und Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr komplex, erfolgte in einem Büro ca. 5 km von Apartment entfernt. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und hatten die Schwierigkeiten das Büro zu finden. Dies befindet sich in einer Fußgängerzone mit keiner Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Mit dem Bus kann man vom Büro zum Apartment sehr lang fahren, der Bus fährt lang und nicht so oft. Parken am Haus ist auch ein Problem, es gibt wenige Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment ist einfach eingerichtet, es fehlte Seife und Duschgel. Am Tag zwei lief kein Warmwasser mehr (Kessel im Duschraum abgesagt). Wir waren über Sylvester, die Heizung mit Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, TV auch nicht und Kaffeemaschine auch kaputt :-). Wir waren ständig unterwegs und diese Probleme haben uns nicht so wirklich gestört.
