The flat has 162 m², 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a complete kitchen with dishwasher, a large balcony, well furnished living room, satellite TV digital, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, WLAN - Internet connection Dutch, English, Spanish and German, as well as very good furniture. A year-round air conditioning hot / cold is available. Equipped with its own electricity meter. You will receive a top clean flat from us. The sea with fine sandy beach is right outside the door (15 m) . From the loggia you have a marvellous view of the beach / sea and the silhouette of Benidorm. The bus stop to Benidorm is 200 metres from the house. The bus runs every 15 minutes, line 41. An evening stroll along the illuminated promenade to Benidorm is an inviting option. Immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of Benidorm at night. Then return to the tranquil Poniente Bay to relax. The kitchen is up to date and you will find plenty of crockery, pots and pans in the kitchen. Of course also a toaster, coffee machine and a microwave, dishwasher. Benidorm has an 18 hole golf course. It offers the golfer everything his heart desires, including good catering. It is very close to the Terra Mitica Park. Follow the signs to Terra Mitica, about 3 kilometres from the flat. Benidorm is one of the warmest regions in Europe. Life pulsates in the city centre on the Levante, 3 km away. Here you will find dance clubs open in the afternoon and a variety of shops, discos, hotels, bars etc.. Do you like early morning sports? In the summer months every morning free of charge at the Elche Park. Would you like to learn to scuba dive? No problem, there is a diving school just behind the Hotel Delfin in the street Alfaz del Pi. Daily diving trips to the island of La Isla are part of the programme. Be sure to spend a day in the Marinas shopping paradise, less than 2 kilometres away. You will also find Lidl, Aldi and Carrefour in the vicinity of the marina. The bus stop to Benidorm, line 41, is 200 metres from the flat. There is an outdoor shower with cold water at the back of the house. You should use it after going to the beach to keep the sand out of the flat. We also offer a barbecue right next to the house. We kindly ask our guests to leave this place clean after the barbecue. The bathrooms each have a hot water boiler of 80 litres. This ensures that guests have sufficient hot water when showering. The cabins have enough space for one person. The floors are tiled and therefore very easy to clean Golfers will find other courses in the neighbourhood. Altea Hills , Oliva , Bon Alva / Alicante. Enjoy your stay in my flat . Thank you for your booking . Note : Benidorm has two private clinics and a general hospital 5 kilometres away . Also a selection of doctors of all categories . Behind the house is a shower , so that guests can rinse the sand off their feet after a visit to the beach and not carry it into the flat . You will also find a rustic barbecue that you can use, but please leave it clean after use. The location in the first row and therefore the great view from the balcony over the entire bay is a reward for the daily sunrise. Have your camera ready because the sun rises from the sea in minutes and the moonrise is also worth seeing. The Terra Mitica and Terra Natura Park are 2 kilometres away and should be visited at least once. As well as the dolphinarium in Benidorm. Do not forget to visit the show in the Bneidorm Palace in the evening, worth seeing with a lot of spectacle. Excursions into the mountains are a must . After Guadelest , the mountain village with the large reservoir , then the highest elevation , the Col de Rat , magnificent views from here to the sea . Once you are on the Col de Rat , drive back to Benidorm via the Jalon Valley . In Jalon there is a wine co-operative where you can taste, buy and take home wine. There is also a flea market here every Saturday from early in the morning until 1.30 pm, about 2 kilometres long.
