Casa Blanca 4, holiday flat right on the beach with fantastic views Special features: Benidorm is one of the warmest regions in Europe. The flat is located directly on the sandy beach. You have a marvellous, unobstructed view of the sea, Benidorm and the beach. The morning sunrise alone is an experience. You simply have to treat yourself to this time. It is pure fascination. The same goes for the sunset and moonrise. Treat yourself to a trip to Levante Bay and you will appreciate what a beautiful spot La Cala is. Here you will find peace and tranquillity, without noise and with little car traffic, discos and dance clubs. A visit to the bay, Cala Finestrat, is also worthwhile. Here there is a large selection of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. You can easily get there on foot and do something for your health at the same time. If you are a fan of karting, you will find a great track about 1 km away, great fun for everyone. There are plenty of parking spaces available. Shopping facilities and supermarkets 1 km away. Medical care is good and international. Amusement parks such as Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mitica and Terra Natura Park are only 3 km away: Have you been to Terra Mitica Park? No? Let's go there with your children. The many attractions are a must-see. Plan a whole day for this. Would you like to play tennis? There are some great courts in the neighbourhood. Do you play golf? Then the courses approx. 2 km away (27 holes) right on the doorstep in Benidorm are ideal. Tennis rackets or golf equipment can also be hired on site. Every Sunday there are flea markets and weekly markets in La Nucia, Polop and Benidorm. Here you will find everything, including a varied culinary offer and sometimes live music. For those who like it, a great thing and a change of pace: nearby, there are equestrian games as well as some ancient markets. There are plenty of parking spaces and public transport available everywhere. Excursions: Still haven't had enough? Then take a trip to the mountains. Benidorm has a great hinterland with bodegas, olive oil mills, almond mills and much more. But without a car? You will also find plenty of car hire companies here. You will pass through beautiful valleys and have great views of the villages and the sea from the mountains. A must: visits to the waterfalls at Callosa, Guadelest with its reservoir, the Col de Rat at over 1000 metres above sea level and the small town of Taberna. One of the largest wine producers is located nearby. Here you can buy and taste inexpensive bulk and packaged wines. If you are a wine lover, you can also visit the Mendoza winery for wine tasting, which is located in Alfas del Pi, just a few kilometres from Benidorm.

The flat for rent, Casa Blanca 4, is 162 square metres in size and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 complete kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, microwave. Living room with glazed balcony (loggia) and panoramic views over the bay, as well as additional sleeping space for 2 people, satellite TV, washing machine, WLAN Internet connection, as well as very high quality furniture. Air conditioning / heating (according to consumption) available in all rooms. The fine sandy beach is right on the doorstep. A garage is available for the tenant to rent. The beach is very wide and is patrolled by a lifeguard. You can take a romantic stroll to Benidorm along the beautiful promenade, which is illuminated in the evening, and then return to the quiet La Cala Poniente, where the flat is located, to relax. You can also take a boat trip to the island of La Isla off the coast. The bus stop to Benidorm is approx. 200 m away. As you can see, you can make your holiday very individual and extremely varied for the whole family!
