Newly renovated, air-conditioned approx. 95 sqm apartment, first line with sea views on the Costa Blanca. 45 kilometers north of Alicante in the Province of Alicante in the Valencian Community of Spain. Approximately 10-15 minutes on foot to the city center. Secure parking space behind the house. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 spacious living room, kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge and freezer, large balcony with sea view, south facing position. Several leisure activities in the surrounding area for young and old. Shops, bars and restaurants directly on site.

Prior to the holiday, communications with Anja were really good. On arrival, the lovely Anna met us with the keys and showed us around. The apartment was very clean and fresh and was superbly-equipped. (The only item we had to obtain was a shopping trolley which we were happy to leave behind).The location was fabulous! there are lots of walks available (without hills), there's an excellent No 2 Bus Service and there are lots of restaurants/snack bars nearby.

Booked a week's holiday here. Wow, apartment was perfect, had everything plus more that you could ask for. Good communication with owner and housekeeper easily contacted if any issues. Old town is perfect with a lovely walk into the main town of Benidorm. Cannot fault this place. Would definitely return.

Very clean, organized and easy check in. Fresh sea air breeze. Aramis restaurant downstairs is great. I highly recommend their gyro. Parking is convenient and private. Host is super nice and responsive. Overall I highly recommend this. We will be back

The location is fantastic with great views. Close to bars & cafes but still in a peaceful area. Beach is right outside the apartment building. There is a car park to the rear. Host and caretaker replied and sorted any issues promptly. We stayed with grandparents and children, six people in total. Only small issue, could do with a bit more storage. But we got round this. Will be staying again in the future.

The apartment is on the 4th floor above a cafe directly on the front of Poniente beach...fab views. Quite a few bars/restaurants/cafes/shops along the way into the old town..which takes about 15/20 mins to walk into...all flat! Then into the new town. The host is quick replying to queries too. Checking out time is 10am although vrbo advised us it was 11...so that was a bit of a panic as the housekeeper came and we weren't ready but she was ok about it...overall its a good apartment and has everything you need...

The apartment is nice, bright, spacious, comfy and well equipped. There's really everything you might need on holiday. No problem with moving check-in and out time to adjust to flight time. 4th floor, beachfront, fantastic view. There's an elevator. The location is perfect if you're interested in the calmer, family oriented side of Benidorm with a beautiful and not overcrowded beach. Around 2,5 km walk to the lively center. If you want party town, I'd suggest something closer to Levante beach. There are plenty of great bars and restaurants around Poniente as well though, so no need to go far away. Downsides: -could be a bit cleaner, the towels were damp on our arrival so we washed them (washing machine available, so not a big deal) -local housekeeper does not speak a word of English, only Spanish, but seems nice and friendly -tap was leaking a bit -there's some electricity problem, when the AC, oven and washing machine were on at the same time, circuit breakers were cutting electricity -Internet cable was cut. Even though we reported this to the owner and housekeeper a few hours after check-in, the cable was not replaced for the whole stay of 9 days :/ so no Internet on site, had to use mobile phones with roaming tariff All in all I would gladly stay there again.

We had sich a lovely stay, the housekeeper i could have taken her home with me. We only booked3 days wasnt enough. Couldn't book anymore as someone else got in there. There is everything in there that you could possibly need. It was really good and if i was to come back here i would try to go there. We are now in a hotel my son as roaches in his room we have a massive puddle in our room. So sorry i didnt book longer and this dump was twice the price of that lovely palace.

Situated across from the beach in the quieter part of town, with plenty small bars and restaurants close by, and a small supermarket for daily needs. Lots of room in the apartment and safe and secure. Lovely place.

What a beautiful trip, the host is easy to contact and liaise with. The apartment is clean, tidy and comfortable. I would even go as far as saying immaculate. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a week in the sunshine.

Was great apartment for us in terms of rooms and facilities. Air con was ideal. Clean and airy. Good facilities in kitchen. Only one hairdryer but brought a spare. Great Spanish restaurants very near as well as English. Too long a walk to old town for one of us with mobility issues as thought was 10mins walk but actually over 30 - so took breaks and cabs back. Would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment, which was clean, very well decorated and furnished and had everything we could need. The view and location were fantastic and local amenities were great. We only had a couple of things that we thought would improve the experience. One of those is wifi - we really thought this would be a good enhancement and would have been happy to pay more on the daily rate to have wifi. It is so nice to be able to upload photos for family and friends. The pillows were quite lumpy and our sleep would have been better with new pillows. As I say, these are not complaints but feedback and I can assure you, we thought the apartment was lovely and would be happy to go back any time. Also, the arrangements were all very good, with contact from Andrea, the housekeeper - excellent!

Just spent a fabulous month in this lovely apartment ,felt very much like home. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday ,only thing we missed was Wi-fi to enable us to facetime home. We eat in the apartment quite a bit , kitchen very well equipped and the view from the balcony couldn’t be beaten. Location was excellent within walking distance of very good restaurants ,tapas bars and supermarket. Would diffenately want to stop here again.

Very nice situation and apartment although there was only one wardrobe in one of the bedrooms and one small chest of shelves in another. Would be impossible for four adults to put clothes away. Also there were cardboard boxes and other stuff taking up space. We have rented out properties for many years and know that space counts. Also half the wardrobe was taken up with piles of blankets and other bedding which should be kept elsewhere. Pillows were awful. Lovely place but needs tweeking as money has been spent on decorative items but not on practicle things.

Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Dorren ist schnell und reibungslos gelaufen. Sie hat uns alles erklärt und war pünktlich gekommen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war einfach überwältigend. Das Meer und der Strand befinden sich gegenüber der Wohnung. Obwohl unten Restaurants sind, ist es ruhig. Für's kochen war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Im Bad waren Toilettenpapier und Föhn vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns die 11 Tage super gefühlt und wollten nicht mehr weg. Danke Anja Fröhlich für die gute Betreuung. Bis bald.

Piso con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Muy buena comunicación tanto con la propietaria como con la sra que entrega las llaves. Por poner alguna pega, sólo una de las habitaciones tiene persiana, por lo que entra mucha luz en cuanto amanece y es casi obligado madrugar!! Lo mejor, la ubicación del apartamento a pie de playa. Sin duda, repetiríamos. Gracias Anja!!
