We booked this cottage last minute but we were not disappointed. It is very comfortable, very clean and very well equipped. The welcome pack was over and above with everything we needed and more.Teresa and Mark were very welcoming and ensured we had a comfortable and restful stay, advising on places to eat and places to visit. There is a large M&S simply food minutes from the cottage in the BP garage.

Lovely small residence. Ideal for two or four as it has an additional double bedroom at the top of a spiral staircase from the living room. Very rural with horses and all sorts of wild life. Situated as an annex to the main modern house. Parking space outside property or in adjacent covered garage. Very generous welcome pack. There is a water softner but, the water is still very hard so suggest bottled water for tea etc. if you are affected. Very clean and tidy and the owner was charming when we met her. Fruit trees in the garden and help yourself. Faces south so sunshine most of day. Good information file for amenities and local facilities. Fish and chip shop on corner as you drive back to Diss. Easy access to main A roads. This property was perfect for our needs (John and Jeanette).

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the Granary, it was lovely to come back to at the end of the day and we used to sit outside in the sunshine with a cup of tea and read a book or do a crossword.

The cottage was great really well equipped and comfortable. Teresa (The Host) was very welcoming and provided a useful food pack. Great location with easy access to the coast and the wider area. There are limited local fast charging points for Electric vehicles but a new installation being completed at the service area just 0.5 miles away will make this really convenient and will be a positive feature to highlight for future customers Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Lovely cottage in a peaceful location. Our first trip away during the Covid pandemic and the cleanliness of the property on arrival was excellent. Teresa is so welcoming and the groceries she’d left for us was much appreciated. We would definitely stay again Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
