It said it was in Woodbridge, it's 15 miles away. Also, don't like there being no proper host just a key box and a management company

A good place to stay for exploring Suffolk.
We were not expecting breakfast as it was not on offer. The location was very good.
The accommodation could have been a bit cleaner. The television screen had marks all over it. The table upstairs had candle wax on it, the toilet needed a good clean, noisy CH pump, and shower leak to bedroom below, but having said that none of these things stopped the enjoyment of our holiday.

nice size rooms , good quality furnishings , very comfortable beds
only one toilet upstairs in the shower room , bedrooms downstairs so having to go upstairs in the night to use the toilet , it could be unsuitable for small children and elderly , it makes it difficult if someone is in the shower not having a separate toilet.

I think toilet upstairs should be described,Need toilet downstairs as i had a new knee.Bed on the right made to much noise.Like to thank who owns it. hadnt seen my grandchildren for 2yrs.All they wanted to do was come back to(their words beatifull house } WE tried to get in up the steps most dangerous. To be sure i think a chain across.

OK and adequate for our short visit, but overall disappointing.
Comfortable with all necessary equipment inside the house.
Mostly clean (with a substantial cleaning charge) but dirty, uncleaned windows throughout. Hayloft site shared with 2 other lets plus 2 shepherds huts so no real outside area privacy and outside furniture long past it’s best, plus some parking issues. Traffic noise. Over-priced for the standard.
