The Hayloft Boundary Farm, Framlingham

Location was good although not so easy to find. It was a holiday cottage so no breakfast obviously. Plenty of space upstairs so very good. Staying with my daughter and was excellent for us together.

Bathroom upstairs (away from bedrooms) awkward. No soap dish or bottle holder in the actual shower. For older people like myself that is difficult , all the bending down. In kitchen needs a new frying pan. Collecting/finding keys was stressful. Needs improvement.

Lounge area is delightful. Bedrooms very spacious and comfortable.

Promise of beer and crisps on arrival was not kept. Disappointing.

Beautiful location, excellent accomadation

It said it was in Woodbridge, it's 15 miles away. Also, don't like there being no proper host just a key box and a management company

Great location and big enough for us

It was musty, not cleaned to a high standard, decor was tired and the china and kitchen utensils needed to be washed before use. Also the towels were too small. Things that need to be replaced are the light above the shower flickers, the light at the top of the landing is too dim, and the bathroom door sticks, we had to use the door hanger to open the door, my concern is that if a child got stuck in the bathroom they wouldn’t be able to open the door. Maybe fitting door handle could resolve this.
