The Sand & Sea is Seaside's premier beachfront condo resort right on the Promenade, a perfect condo for up to 5 guests. Step out the resort's front door and stroll the oceanfront promenade or walk to local shops. Cascadia Getaways manages it for professional and responsive support when you need it.



The Space:

Building Notice: Sand & Sea Condos will be undergoing essential exterior structural repairs on select sections of the building January through October.



Guests may experience visible construction activity and noise during the daytime.



These updates are focused on maintaining the long-term safety and beauty of our oceanfront property — thank you for understanding as we care for this classic Oregon coast landmark.



Please note that construction in the area is currently anticipated to be completed by 1/31/27. Construction activities are expected to pause from 7/1/26–9/8/26. During this period, there may still be visible signs of ongoing building work, and portions of the property surroundings may appear unfinished.

Guest Access:

Starting June 1st through September 8th, 2026, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation due to limited parking availability.

Covered garage guest parking is reserved only for guests displaying a valid handicap placard. All other guests are required to park in the lot across from Sand & Sea.

Guests may continue to use the loading zone across from the office upon arrival to unload their vehicles but must move and park in the designated lot across the street afterward.

The Sand & Sea Condo building will be undergoing construction between Mid January and Mid August. Expect construction noise during the day.

Property does not have AC, but does have floor to ceiling windows to let in the ocean breeze!

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, marijuana/cannabis, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and other smoking substances. A $250 fine will be charged for any violation of this policy.

This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book

Damage waiver fee included for accidental damage

Once you arrive at the Sand & Sea, you may park your car in the designated guest parking area. Chances are you won't need your ride to explore Seaside--walk out the door to The Prom and the Beach or Broadway Ave and downtown to shops and restaurants! A car is recommended for visiting nearby destinations or exploring up and down the coast.

The location, the view, the pool, the ocean view from our balcony were all amazing. We could easily walk downtown, very close easy ocean path and from the balcony I could watch my family. The inside was very clean and with the big windows it made it so light. Beds were very comfortable. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and had brought our own pots and pans but didn’t even have to unpack them. Fully stocked kitchen. We want to come back for more family vacations and don’t ever want a different room. It was a perfect place for a wonderful time. Thank you!
