Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV/DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use. Parking for 2 vehicles. The room was clean and comfortable, what a great view of the ocean, right on the promenade! The beds were comfortable. It was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Well appointed we had everything we needed, a lovely kitchen to cook in. We will stay there again. A really good value.

When they say "expansive views" they mean it! Wow! Beautiful views of the waves, dunes, Tillamook Head, sunsets - right from the unit and the patio!Location couldn't be any better: direct access to the Promenade, direct access to the beach with just a short walk over the dunes, and a short walk to the main beach area with restaurants and shops.The unit was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The building has elevators and provides luggage carts to bring all your stuff from the parking lot. We loved it!

Location was very convenient to everything up and down the coast. Some details needed to be addressed. Screen door needs replaced. No batteries for either television remotes. Property Manager brought us two batteries. Needs directions on use of tv remotes. Otherwise, unit was clean and had everything we needed for the few meals we cooked. Master bed was comfortable.
