With a patio that overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are within easy walking distance, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. The bistro set on the patio makes it the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the sunset.
Living room has open floor plan with Queen hide-a-bed, flat screen TV, Electric Fireplace and Queen Murphy bed. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes breakfast bar with 3 stools. Dining area includes dining table with 4 chairs.
Hall bath has a walk in shower. The Master bedroom has a comfy King bed with a small tv and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Super Cute Beach Condo and Great for Families with kids, or just a quiet getaway for 2.

Stay was great. Condo was very old and outdated. Friends stayed in neighboring condo that was updated. I don’t believe ours and theirs should be priced the same as ours was so old and not updated. Carpet was disgusting and rust on doors and bathroom. Would not stay in this unit again.
