Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV and DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Parking for 2 vehicles. Nice place, Awesome View of the Beach & Ocean. Close to the Promenade for easy access to Shopping & Dining. Would stay there again!

The location is great. And I love having two bathrooms and a king size bed. But there are several things that need work. One of the burners on the stove doesn’t work. The toaster is not working correctly. The shower in the master bath is difficult to use and has a rusty drain. The screen door going out to the deck needs to be replaced. We had to rub it with dish soap in order to get it to slide closed. The curtain rods are not adequate for the weight of the curtains. We bought some air fresheners just because the place smelled so musty.
