Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Living room has open floor plan with a queen size sofa sleeper and a queen size murphy bed. The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes a dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Coin op laundry on site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. We really enjoyed our stay. The view was great and the location to downtown Seaside was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our getaway!

The king bed is in bad need of replacement. The hidabed in the wall was more comfortable. A/C wouldve been nice.
Other than that the place was lovley and we enjoyed our stay.
