(Includes covered parking space) Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed, cable TV/DVD and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV/VCR. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use. Parking for 2 vehicles. Nice unit overall. However, please upgrade the King size mattress in the bedroom, it is very uncomfortable!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. It us an older building, but had updates inside the condo. Having second full bathroom was cery convenient. Murphy bed was not very comfortable would be the only negative. Location was great, host was great. They didnt have anyone checking in after us so graciously let us have late check out. Would definitely stay again.

If I were staying at this location for a true "vacation"
I would be more disappointed. It doesn't need much but it does need some sprucing up. Little things matter especially when they are easy to fix items.
