Darling upper floor unit of this duplex can accommodate up to 6 people, or 10 if rented with the unit below (425 Beach). Right in the heart of Seaside, and just steps to the Turnaround and downtown shopping and restaurants. Large dining room, complete kitchen, living room with cable TV, free and free Wifi. One bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has one queen and one double bed. Small back deck with stairs leading down to back yard area (shared with both units). Parking for 2 cars, each unit.
Pet OK with approval and $75 non refundable pet fee. 1 small pet only.

Great location, close to beach and shops.House older but clean. Met the needs of our group going to convention there in Seaside.Would stay again.

This was a nice place but the bath/shower needs work. Also when it says has a hair dryer, it should work. Biggest disappoint was the pictures I saw there were no buildings in front of the house. You looked at beach and ocean. This could not be more inaccurate, and the photos should be corrected.
