Great location, close easy access to the beach and town. Pet friendly and has a fenced in yard. They even provide a poop bag dispenser.

We had a great time at our conference, this was close to everything. The house was clean. Vrbo did not send me details on checking in. They did not have any contact with me. I had all my contact with property manager. Erin was the Best property manager I have encountered.

The unit is quite spacious, but also old and needs a proper renovation. While some windows have been updated, others are stuck closed. There is a pervasive faint odor of pet urine. Interior doors mostly have knobs but no latches. The tub/shower drains very slowly, and it's impossible for even a slim person to shower without the body touching the surrounding curtains. Some of the wall decorations appear to be covering holes in the wall which harbor bugs. As advertised, the unit is just steps from the beach promenade, and a couple of blocks away from many shopping and dining options, but it was also very quiet during our stay. The kitchen is well provisioned, and the refrigerator works well.
