Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed cable TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV/DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. This is a non smoking property. You may not smoke in the units, balconies, or on the grounds, or parking lot. MUST BE 25+ TO RENT

This was a lovely apartment for our trip! We sat outside and watched the sunset and watched beach walkers. It is located two blocks from the main street in town so it’s very close to restaurants, etc. who was easy to communicate with. No surprises. We would stay there again.
