Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed, cable TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV/DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town.

Love the location of this place. Can walk to all the Seaside attractions. Easy drive to Cannon Beach or Astoria. Well stocked kitchen for any cooking. Watch out for the toaster though. Likes to burn the bread. Comfortable beds. Newer memory foam in bedroom and the Murphy bed was nice too. Like having two bathrooms. Closet with games and there’s movies to watch although we didn’t turn the TV on at all. Enjoyable place. Would stay again.

Location was very convenient to everything up and down the coast. Some details needed to be addressed. Screen door needs replaced. No batteries for either television remotes. Property Manager brought us two batteries. Needs directions on use of tv remotes. Otherwise, unit was clean and had everything we needed for the few meals we cooked. Master bed was comfortable.
