Building Notice: Sand & Sea Condos will be undergoing essential exterior structural repairs on select sections of the building January 2026 through January 2027.
Guests may experience visible construction activity and noise during the daytime.

Please note that construction in the area is currently anticipated to be completed by 1/31/27. Construction activities are expected to pause from 7/1/26–9/8/26. During this period, there may still be visible signs of ongoing building work, and portions of the property surroundings may appear unfinished.

Guest Access:
Starting June 1, 2026, through January 15, 2027, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation due to limited parking availability.
Covered garage guest parking is reserved only for guests displaying a valid handicap placard. All other guests are required to park in the lot across from Sand & Sea.
Guests may continue to use the loading zone across from the office upon arrival to unload their vehicles but must move and park in the designated lot across the street afterward.

Sand & Sea is currently undergoing an exterior construction project. These temporary procedures are in place to maintain safe access to the building and minimize interference with construction.
• No early check-ins or late check-outs are available during construction.
• Monday through Friday, arriving guests may not enter through the front entrance before 4 PM.
• Weekends are currently expected to operate without construction-related access restrictions unless conditions or HOA instructions change.
• During daytime construction, garage traffic may temporarily enter and exit through the same entrance. Follow all posted signs and staff directions.
• Please keep construction access routes, pedestrian areas and the area in front of the building clear.
• Do not touch, adjust, clean or attempt to repair newly installed construction materials or building components. Please report any concerns to Cascadia Getaways staff.
• Construction schedules and access procedures may change due to weather, inspections or project conditions. Please follow current posted instructions and staff direction during your stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, marijuana/cannabis, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and other smoking substances. A $250 fine will be charged for any violation of this policy.
- Property does not have AC, but does have floor to ceiling windows to let in the ocean breeze!
- Please note that the balcony doors do not have screen doors attached. Portable fans are also available upon request at the front desk for your comfort!
- Pet friendly up to one dog with a $100 per pet fee (No cats allowed)
- Suitable for guests aged 21 and over; younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Damage waiver fee included in reservation cost covers accidental damage (incident must be reported before check-out)

I have to say that working with the Cascadia Getaways team was nothing short of amazing. I did not read through the advertising and missed the part about some construction being done. I reached out to them and complained about the construction and told them they did not disclose this information, and had I known, I would not have booked. They kindly and professionally replied that it was in the marketing and there was a reminder during the check-in instructions. They were, in fact, correct. I totally missed it. I apologized and felt embarrased and not one time were they unprofessional. In fact, they were so nice that they gave me a 10% discount. That was generous and not needed. Their customer service is top-notch, and the room was beautiful! They have a customer for life, and I will recommend them to friends and family. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Enjoyed our time at Seaside. Excellent location just on the promenade and short walk to Broadway. The front desk was very helpful and put fans in our rooms before we even arrived.

I really liked this VRBO! I only removed a star because we had to call the maintenence man out to fix the blinds. Thankfully he was very prompt and easy to work with. Its a bit older then the photos show. The location wins all though! Right in the boardwalk! easy 5 minute walk to the main
