Other Things to Note:
The Sand & Sea Condo building will be undergoing construction between Mid January and Mid August. Expect construction noise during the day.
This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.
Property does not have AC, but does have floor to ceiling windows to let in the ocean breeze!

Enjoyed our time at Seaside. Excellent location just on the promenade and short walk to Broadway. The front desk was very helpful and put fans in our rooms before we even arrived.

I really liked this VRBO! I only removed a star because we had to call the maintenence man out to fix the blinds. Thankfully he was very prompt and easy to work with. Its a bit older then the photos show. The location wins all though! Right in the boardwalk! easy 5 minute walk to the main
