SWEET BEACH is a beautiful fully air-conditioned one bedroom apartment. It is located in the city center, 4 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches.
The apartment has a modern decoration. The gray and beige shades of the furniture will remind you of the pure and virgin space of the Mediterranean shores. The stone wall of the living room adds cachet to the apartment and is a real charm asset.

A cosy, efficient apartment with AC throughout 3 blocks from the Promenade and Hotel Negresco in a quiet building with a lift. Perfect location with bus and tram outside the front door, numerous restaurants, supermarkets within a couple of blocks, regional train station and the Nice Tennis Club within 15 minutes walk. Can walk or take the tram/bus to Place Massena, the old city. Very responsive host with flexible check in.

Great location with most amenities which are needed. Excellent response from concierge. Recommend additional large towels for guests as well as additional garbage bags to assist with garbage removal.
