HAPPINESS BEACH is a nice apartment on the top floor. It is located in the city center, 4 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches.
The decoration is a marriage between classic and modern style. The floor of the hallway imitating cement tiles and the design furniture are mixed in harmony with the vintage television cabinet and chandelier.
The herringbone parquet floor, the wicker bed and the decorative cushions create a cosy and warm atmosphere.
You will appreciate the balcony on the bedroom side where you can enjoy a glass of rosé in the evening.

Appartement très bien situé, calme et efficace.
Le retour des clés n´ est pas très pratique lorsqu on a un avion tôt le matin.

L'appartement est bien aménagé, tout est présent et est rénové récemment. Les photos publiées sur le site correspondent tout à fait à la réalité. A deux pas de l'appartement, vous trouvez plusieurs supermarchés (même ouverts tous les jours jusqu'à 23 h), deux boulangeries, l'arrêt de la ligne 2, un magasin Picard, ....
Seul petit désavantage c'est que la chambre à coucher se trouve à côté de l'ascenseur qui fait de temps en temps du bruit.

appartement à l'écart du centre de Nice mais pas trop éloigné, avec beaucoup de commerces de proximité à disposition. Aucun bruit extérieur car l'appartement ne donne pas sur la route, plutôt bien équipé. Dépannage très rapide suite au problème de chauffage signalé, ce qui est très appréciable
il serait plus hygiénique d'avoir une housse de couette plutôt qu'un drap + une couette à poser sur le drap. Pour un court séjour, j'aurai apprécié de trouver un "fond de placard" avec huile, vinaigre, sel, sucre car il est difficile de tout acheter puis jeter pour quelques jours sur place.
