With an open layout overlooking the living space and the Gulf views beyond, the fully equipped kitchen features white cabinetry, plenty of counter space, and stainless steel appliances. You’ll love chatting with the crew as they gather on five luxe bar stools at the expansive breakfast bar and setting out drinks and snacks on the accompanying wet bar. With an ice maker, Keurig, and everything else you need, meal prep is a breeze. And when it’s time to dine, a beautiful Gulfview dining room awaits with seating for six or more.
This home has the perfect layout for families, with two generous bedrooms featuring plush carpeting, comfortable linens, and large flatscreen TVs. The primary suite has a luxurious King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, step-in shower, and separate soaking tub. The guest bedroom has two Queen beds and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There’s also a laundry room in the unit with a full washer/dryer and a workspace tucked away from it all.
Outside, your private Gulf-front balcony is the best spot in the house. With an outdoor dining table for four and the most stunning views of the emerald waters and sugar-white sand, it’s a picture-perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax with your family, enjoy al fresco dining, and plan endless adventures in Orange Beach.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

The unit did not have the table and chairs for the balcony that were in the pictures. My family loves to eat on the balcony. The dishes and utensils were greasy. I put all dishes/utensils in dishwasher to wash. Also, not enough cookware. The fan in master bathroom did not work. Overall, LOVED the floor to ceiling windows and the automatic blinds. Also, loved the overall layout of unit. Would stay again but would definitely need more cookware.

We had a great experience. The whole building is kept so clean, and the condo was beautifully decorated. All the furniture was comfortable and functional. We really enjoyed our trip!
