Phoenix IX is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 2,350 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50” flat screen HDTV in living room with new flat screen TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Enjoy two Master Bedrooms with King beds, double vanities in the bathrooms, and spectacular views. Two Queen beds in the third bedroom, there is also a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi, and state-of-the-art fitness center. There is also a 12th floor indoor tennis court.
For Large Groups we also have another 3br unit on the same floor and 2br units throughout the complex.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

The location was awesome! Loved the layout! The furniture is quite outdated, but the lazy boy chairs were a nice touch. We had some maintenance things and they were attended to promptly—Mike and his crew were top notch! The cleaning crew could take some lessons—it was still very dusty and the edges of the floors were really grimy. There could be more coffee cups. Some coasters to protect the furniture would be nice. All in all, we had a great time there.

Good location, and adequate furnishings, good access to beach, easy parking with lots of trolleys and baskets to help with unloading and loading.The overview doesn't make it clear there is no sunset view from the balcony; the unit will sleep 8, but there are only 5 coffee cups, and some sharp knives would be nice! Furniture should be updated, couch seating was uncomfortable due to age of sofas.
