Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! As one of our guests, you have access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.
PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

Beautiful view and beach! Great host & easy check in. Loved the 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Wish the pool was heated for cooler temps. Nice decorations & comfortable beds!

Pool was great, beach was clean and peaceful and the pictures don’t do this place justice of the inside! I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, amazing experience. The appliances are dated but functional. The dryer doesn't do a great job, but works. The porch/patio was perfect with the outdoor couch and tables. Beds were very comfortable. Cookware is ok, but definitely not great.

We took a girls’ trip and were disappointed with showing up and they were still trying to clean blood and yellow stains out of a mattress and the cleaning company stated it was old and they unfortunately couldn’t fix it. The property company was very difficult to get a hold of and we had to sleep on the couch because of the lack of a bed.
Otherwise- the rest of the condo was beautiful and clean despite some old spots and wear and tear on the couch/furniture.
