Welcome to our stunning Gulf-front condo at Phoenix 9, ideally located near the famous Flora-Bama. This spacious and luxurious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and provides a perfect setting for your beach vacation.
Step inside and be greeted by a beautifully decorated living area, designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, allowing for easy entertaining and socializing. The living room may feature plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that frame the spectacular Gulf views.
The master bedroom is a private oasis, offering a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and double vanity sinks. The two additional bedrooms are equally inviting, furnished with queen-size bed in one room and two full-sized beds in the other, their own private bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests.
The condo also includes a half bath for added convenience, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use.

This condo is great. Easy access to beach. The walkway from property to sand is nice and makes trek across sand shorter than most properties. Kitchen has more than you need. The ice machine at the bar is amazing. Extra space in laundry room/additional bathroom is super helpful. Plenty of beds and the single pull out in primary was perfect for the 5 year old in our group. Seating in living room was great for our group to lounge together. Indoor pool area is big enough that noise isn’t such an issue. Everything was very clean. We had a fun week with amazing October beach weather and would absolutely stay here again.
