Loved the big space in this condo for 8 people- 4 adults, 4 kids. Perfect size and great amenities on property. The beach is a little farther than we hoped, but an easy drive.

The condo itself is great! Clean, fully furnished, comfortable beds and bedding. However, the management company, Luxury Coastal Vacations, did not include in the contract all of the amenities that would be closed during our stay. We have stayed at this property several times and picked this condo due to its location above the lazy river which is where we spend the majority of our time. Upon arrival we were surprised to see that the Lazy River was closed and construction was going on. From sun up to sun down the whole vacation, we had music going outside, generators, drills, hammers etc. We had received an amended contract letting us know that the mini golf and splash pad were closed but they failed to include this detail. Upon complaint their representative said they DID know about the closure but failed to notify us and did not include this in the contract and they would process a refund request. (I never asked them for this) After communicating with Luxury Coastal Vacations, they offered me a small monetary refund and stated that it was all the condo owner could do. I explained that I would not accept the refund as I do not fault the owner at all. This was an issue created by the management company. The management company stated they would try to do better going forward. I certainly hope they do. I would have appreciated being notified of this construction going on outside & the closure of our favorite amenity so that we could have modified our reservations in some way.
