We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.
Primary renter must be aged 25 years or older per HOA requirements

This place was absolutely amazing. The sunset rising was better than any picture in real time . My host communicated with anything I had questions about . The beds were so plush and comfortable. We spent the majority time in the rooms . It was my birthday and everything I imagined. Our view was facing the beach which is across the street. We drove less than 1 minute to go across the street . Some of the amenities were closed like the wave pool which was sad but the they had several pools , and Jacuzzi that were open. Looking fwd to coming back again
