Located on the 8th floor of the Phoenix IX, this newly updated and spacious unit (#805) provides guests with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.
With 3-bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this charming beach condo will comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. It is ideal for either a large family or several couples wanting a beach escape. Furnishings were recently updated to create a coastal feel while providing guests the utmost comfort while away from home. Imagine relaxing on the balcony, watching the sun rise with the dolphins swimming down below!
This condo's amenities include:
Access to private balcony from living room and/or the master bedroom
Fully-equipped kitchen
Full-size washer and dryer
Wet bar with an ice maker and stereo system
Living room has Queen sleeper sofa with 65" swivel flat screen SMART* TV plus DVD player
Master bedroom includes King size bed with a 55" flat screen SMART* TV, Queen sleeper sofa, en suite bathroom with jetted tub, walk-in shower and double vanities
Second bedroom includes Queen size bed with a 36" flat screen TV with en suite bathroom includes tub/shower
Third bedroom includes two twin beds with a flat screen TV with en suite bathroom includes tub/shower
Dining room table seats six with five additional bar stools
Balcony has table with seating for six with an extra side table with seating for two
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Property & condo were very nice overall. Did discover what appears to be an old leak with the pipe for the kitchen sink. There was a container placed there to catch the drip & it did not appear to be recent. Had to continually empty out kitchen sink container. Also, for a condo that sleeps10+ people, there was 1 large pot. If I had planned on actually cooking for 10 , I couldn’t have. Need to have more pots stocked and there were no baking sheets— had to use a broiler pan and cook in small batches just for biscuits. Also, only 1set of extra sheets for 2 pull out sofa beds. No extra blankets anywhere in the condo. Requested some from front desk & were told we would get it the next day, but we never got them. We loved the space and location. Property was well maintained. Condo is in need of some touch up paint etc. would definitely rent again at Phoenix 9 & loved the very short walk to the beach & extended deck. Overall, very enjoyable stay.
