The Brett/Robinson team did a wonderful job of making us feel welcomed. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. The location was perfect for us and the beach and beach views were wonderful. The unit was clean but is a bit 'worn out.' There is new furniture in the living room and balcony, different from the pictures. The two negatives for me were 1) the dishwasher seems to be good at sanitizing dishes but not actually cleaning them and 2) the vinyl mattress protector in the Master bedroom resulted in much sliding around when trying to sleep. Many thanks to Julie for taking such good care of us!

We had a great stay in Orange Beach. Loved the condo, had plenty of room. Staff at Phoenix IX were great, especially Julie! The only issue we encountered was a dining room chair that the leg broke while one of my guests was sitting in it. Everyone responded timely, and maintenance removed the chair from the unit. Thank you all!
