Property Update (Oct 17 – Oct 31): Regency Isle is completing scheduled building improvements during this time. Front door refurbishing is underway floor-by-floor (may include brief access/noise near your floor). Starting October 20, the P2 lobby will begin a 2–3 week remodel, which may affect elevator access and result in temporary open parking (with passes) for impacted residents. Balconies are not affected during this stay. We appreciate your understanding as we enhance the property for all guests and owners.
