Avoid the crowds of most resorts and say goodbye to fighting for pool and beach chairs. With only half the building as rentals, Phoenix IX is the best beachfront complex for a relaxing and fun getaway, plus an excellent location.



Phoenix IX is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacularview of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 2,350 sq ft the unit is very spacious and nicely decorated.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50” flat screen HDTV in the living room with flat screen TVs (and DVD players) in the bedrooms, a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy two master bedrooms with King beds, double vanities in the bathrooms, and spectacular eastern views. There are two comfortable Queen beds in the third bedroom; there is also a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the master bedroom.



Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! Free WiFi !!



There is an outdoor pool, with a secured kiddie pool, heated indoor swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, and state-of-the-art fitness center. There is also a 12th floor indoor tennis and pickleball court.



There is a 25-year-old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix IX with all the amenities, the beach, and the luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this Phoenix condo has to offer.



Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1-10 nights is $60, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $210, 62-91 nights is $310, 92+ nights is $410. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great condo! Extremely spacious and windows for days. Beautiful interior design plus easy access to the beach and any other vacation entertainment. Nine of us stayed for the week, and the property was really good for both group and private time. There were a few maintenance issues, but they were more an annoyance than a problem. I’d love to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second family vacation (my wife and I and and 3 adult children and 2 teenage children) to the Orange Beach area. We were once again very happy with our experience, and our family agreed that this property was even better then our previous. The general area is great (nice beaches with easy access from the property). The property was very much as expected from the posting. The glass windows and large balcony were spectacular! We found this property less crowded than our previous trip at a different property. We had a few minor issues but they were promptly resolved to our satisfaction (for example, the dishwasher stopped working, and it was replaced during our stay), with no fuss and with eagerness to get it right. We all agreed that we would not change anything about the trip, and would love to do the same trip again in future years. If so, we would be trying to get the exact same property!

We travel to orange beach a lot and chose this property based on the description of the listing, the location of the property and the reviews. To say we were disappointed might be an overreaction however the property was a let down. We paid more for this unit based on the listing. When we arrived we found the unit to be unclean so We bought cleaning supplies to feel comfortable in the shower and using the toilets. The rugs were nasty and The dishwasher did not work and the repairman waste the property owners money by “making it work for a few minutes”. The previous guests dirty dishes were still in there when we arrived and smelled really bad. The location was good and there was plenty of space in the unit.
