· Fully equipped Island style kitchen features upgraded cabinets, granite countertops, tiled backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. There is also a small pantry for easy food storage.
· Seating for six around dining area table and three additional barstools at kitchen counter
· King size bed and flat screen television in tropical master bedroom
· Master bathroom features shower and tub combination
· Each bedroom has it own bathroom
· Second bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen tv. The bath is a tub and shower combination
· Third bedroom with two double beds and flat screen tv. The bath is a tub and shower combination
· Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer
· Breathtaking Gulf front view from tiled balcony with table and chairs as well as a lounger
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

We loved the property and location. The condo was probably one of my favorite I ever stayed in. It felt very open a with lots of room to spread out. The lay out was great!! Plan to stay again for sure!!!

Very clean and spacious. Location was literally next door to the FloraBama, which for us meant convenience. Pooll and beach were steps outside and fabulous. Condo was well stocked and comfortable for all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our adult children!

Primary bathroom sink was dirty. Fans needs cleaning. TV remotes needs updating. Unit needs updating
