About this apartment rental
Grab your friends or family and head to the beach to stay in this spacious 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium. This condo can be found on the 7th floor of the Phoenix X. It has enough room for ten people to sleep comfortably.
· Flat screen televisions in both of the bedrooms as well as the living area
· Queen sofa sleeper and DVD player in the living area
· Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, tile backsplash, and granite countertop
· Have a seat at our table for six or the kitchen bar for four in the dining area
· Master bedroom has a king size bed and private access to the balcony
· Master bathroom has tiled shower and tub combination and a granite countertop
· Breathtaking gulf front view can be seen from the tiled balcony with a table and chairs
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

The condo was good with a couple of exceptions. Right when we walked in I noticed the master bedroom door hanging. The bottom hinge had popped out and screws were stripped. Called desk immediately and they said a work order would be put in. Never heard from anyone. Could not close master bedroom door. I finally partially fixed with a butter knife. Also, there is a power relcliner that did not work. Figured out on last night bottom plug on outlet is bad, chair does work, but plug is bad.

Our trip unfortunately did not start well as the condo was not cleaned before we checked in although Brett Robinson had someone come in and clean the blankets all had to be re washed. The condo pics must have been taken right after remodeling a few years ago as this unit has seen better days and could use some tlc and a good scrubbing. Brett Robinson did refund me the cleaning fee but for the price I paid we could have stayed at a much nicer condo. Disappointed except for quality family time.
